Bright Horizons on the Honor Roll!

Some kinds of recognition just make our day. And landing on the Companies that Care Honor Roll? Let's just say we're warmed to the bottom of our HEART. "We are honored to once again be named to the Honor Roll," said our CEO Stephen Kramer, "because of the more than 31,000 creative, inspired, driven, and compassionate employees who impact the lives of children, families, and clients on a daily basis."

Making Workplaces and Communities a Little Better

What's it all about? Every year, the non-profit Center for Companies that Care recognizes organizations that are making their workplaces and their communities a little better. In short, they shoutout to employers with "outstanding workplace practices and active community involvement, especially in the areas of education and diversity & inclusion." Characteristics big and small include enabling well-being, encouraging work/life balance, and developing great leaders — not coincidentally, all the things that go into what employees call Dream Companies (read the full list of attributes, here).

#Dream Companies

As a company, we're proud to be recognized for our commitment to early education, our ethics, and our partnerships with families. <twitter-widget class="twitter-tweet twitter-tweet-rendered" id="twitter-widget-0" style="position: static; visibility: visible; display: block; transform: rotate(0deg); max-width: 100%; width: 500px; min-width: 220px; margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px;" data-tweet-id="980822826436395008"></twitter-widget> As for our employees, "This recognition is a testament to their commitment to maintaining a culture that embraces professional development, diversity, and inclusion across the Bright Horizons family," says Stephen. Congratulations, Bright Horizons family! And to all the other companies that are caring (including our very own client WellStar Health System) — you rock! Finally, to the Center, for the recognition — thank you, from the bottom of our HEART.
