Bright Horizons® Employee Relief Fund

Bright Horizons is a community of employees helping employees and the Bright Horizons Employee Relief Fund is one important way we show it. This Fund offers financial assistance to employees recovering from calamitous events beyond their control such as natural disasters, extended illness/injury, a loved one's death, and domestic violence. Money goes to help these employees manage essential living expenses -- such as housing, utilities, and food.

THE NEED

Every year, employees face crises that pop up without warning and are beyond their control.

Consider the employee whose young child is suddenly facing extended medical treatment; or the teacher who has to start from scratch after losing everything in a fire; or the many employees who have lost their homes, cars and their sense of normalcy in the face of a natural disaster.

THE SOLUTION

The Bright Horizons Employee Relief Fund provides financial assistance to employees who are dealing with medical expenses, a family tragedy, a serious accident, a natural disaster, and more. It’s made possible by donations from people just like you, their Bright Horizons family.

WHO CAN APPLY?

Full-time Bright Horizons employees are eligible to apply for assistance. If you are a Bright Horizons employee interested in applying, please click here or email [email protected]

HOW CAN I HELP?

You can help Bright Horizons employees through tough times by making a tax-deductible donation to the fund to support their needs.

WHERE DOES MY DONATION GO?

The fund is administered by the Bright Horizons Foundation for Children via its 501c3 status. The money you donate is distributed to employees tax-free and will help them manage essential living expenses — housing, utilities, food, clothing, and more — as they strive to get back on their feet.
