Text Message (SMS) Communication Terms and Conditions

Text messaging, also known as SMS, is one method that Bright Horizons uses to communicate with customers and prospective customers. After opting-in to receive Bright Horizons text messaging alerts, Bright Horizons may send periodic texts that could include benefit reminders, service reservations/confirmations and event information. The frequency of text messages from Bright Horizons may vary.

By opting-in to receive these text messages, you consent to our use of an automatic telephone dialing system to generate the text message to you. No purchase is required to be eligible to receive text messages from Bright Horizons. While we do not charge fees to receive text messages, message and Data Rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Any costs incurred as a result are your responsibility. Check with your wireless provider for details on receiving text messages. Bright Horizons reserves the right to terminate the texting service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

How to Opt-in: To opt-in to our texting service, provide your mobile number on the relevant Bright Horizons opt-in landing pages and text back the keyword, JOIN, after receiving a text message from Bright Horizons. You will then receive confirmation of your opt-in. By replying YES, you are confirming you would like to receive mobile alerts from Bright Horizons.

How to Opt-out/Stop: To opt-out of the texting service, simply text back the keyword, STOP, after receiving a message, email backupclientrelations@brighthorizons.com or call Bright Horizons at 1-877-BH-CARES (1-877-242-2737). After doing so, you will receive confirmation of your opt-out, and you will no longer receive any Bright Horizons messages thereafter.

How to get Support/Help: To get help or customer support, simply text back the keyword, HELP, after receiving a message, call 1-877-BH-CARES (1-877-242-2737), visit http://www.brighthorizons.com, or email backupclientrelations@brighthorizons.com

Compatible carriers include: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile®/MetroPCS, Sprint, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, Boost, nTelos, Cincinnati Bell, Cellular South, Cellcom, GetLisa, Carolina West Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Interop. Additional carriers may be added. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
