Supplier Information Center

  The following information is provided to help you understand the culture, mission, ethics and business practices of the Supply Management Department at Bright Horizons Family Solutions. The success of our suppliers is measured against continuous improvement as it relates to process, pricing, product and promotion. These fundamental elements are ingrained in our organization’s guiding philosophies of People, Partnerships, Performance, and Programs, the 4P’s. All of these measures combine to create a unique relationship between our department and our suppliers. Bright Horizons’ mission speaks to respect and open communications. Our suppliers are an extension of that guiding principle, and therefore, of the Supply Management Department.

Who We Are

The Supply Management Team consists of four disciplines:

  • Strategic Sourcing
  • Supplier Administration
  • Travel and Meeting Planning
  • Office Services

All four disciplines report to our Director of Supply Management. Each Team Member lends their expertise to support the Bright Horizons Mission: To provide innovative programs that help children, families, and employers work together to be their very best.

Supply Management’s primary concern is to deliver high quality goods and services to our centers, schools and field personnel and to ensure the smooth operation of the complete supply chain: from purchase to payment.
