Back-Up Care Programs: Emergency Child Care, Adult & Elder Care

Employees of participating companies have access to the Bright Horizons nationwide network of quality, licensed child care centers. Each center offers a developmentally-appropriate curriculum led by experienced teachers, follows strict health and safety policies, and ensures appropriate teacher-to-child ratios for each age group. Teachers in back-up care settings are all specially trained to tune into children's needs and interests, to help you comfortably transition at drop-off time, and to make children feel welcome, secure, and at ease in a new environment.

In-home child care is a comforting alternative for eligible employees when regular care arrangements break down. Whether your child is mildly ill or healthy, our in-home child care professionals can support your back-up care needs - allowing you to be at work worry free. All in-home caregivers are carefully selected and meet stringent credentialing requirements, pass extensive background checks and screening processes, and are trained in CPR and first aid.

In-home care is designed to provide individualized care for your adult/elder relative in the familiar surroundings of home. Whether your spouse is recovering from surgery or your elder relative is in need of temporary care or assistance, our qualified caregivers provide in-home support when you need it most. All of our adult/elder caregivers are carefully selected, credentialed, and insured with experience and training specific to geriatric care and CPR/first aid.
