Back-Up Care Programs
Bright Horizons back-up care programs provide working parents with a safety net for those days when regular arrangements fall through. Back-up child care supplements, rather than replaces, these arrangements and is a comforting emergency alternative when you need it the most.
Employer Sponsored Program Options
Most back-up care at Bright Horizons is employer sponsored. You may have access to a variety of back-up care solutions, depending on the programs in which your employer participates.
Membership Back-up Care
- Membership back-up programs provide employees of member companies with access to specific centers for their back-up care needs. Membership back-up programs are all provided within Bright Horizons centers. Many of these programs occur within dedicated back-up environments with staff specially trained in back-up care.
Back-up Care Advantage Program
- The Bright Horizons Back-Up Care Advantage Program provides access to back-up care for children — both well and mildly ill — as well as elders and adults through a nationwide network of quality, licensed child care centers, including hundreds of Bright Horizons child care centers, as well as in-home care provided by trained, licensed home health care professionals.
Need help understanding what programs you have access to?
If you need help determining what programs you have access to contact your Human Resources or Work/Life Department or call 866-273-2773. A Parent Service Associate can assist you in understanding your back-up care options and can help you register with the program of your choice.
