Georgia Tech faculty, staff, and students pay the Georgia Tech rate (approximately 10% discount). Families not affiliated with Georgia Tech pay a higher community rate.

Georgia Tech also offers a Child Care Tuition Assistance Program for graduate students. This program is designed to make affordable, high-quality child care more accessible to the children of our graduate students. Parents can apply for a limited number of spots to receive a stipend that subsidizes the cost of tuition at TCC. To learn more, contact TCC at 404-385-2248 or gtchildrenscampus@brighthorizons.com

Bright Horizons conducts a comprehensive background check on all prospective employees and frequent visitors. The background check consists of a county criminal record check for the past seven years performed in all counties that a person has lived, worked or attended school. In addition to the county criminal search , a sex offender search, OFAC search and a social security verification trace are also conducted. For all location employees, program licensing background checks required by the state are also performed.

TCC will give you as much information as possible regarding your status on the waitlist. Several factors influence the anticipated start date for each child; therefore, we try to provide an anticipated date that we expect a space to become available. You are welcome to contact the center and check on your status at any time.

All Bright Horizons staff are trained regularly in CPR, even if not required by the state. First Aid is taught as required by state licensing agency/regulations so that you can feel confident that your child is safe and receiving the best care possible at our center.

Yes, Bright Horizons has an open door policy.  You are encouraged to visit your child anytime.

No sibling discounts will be available.

Those who are eligible for enrollment at the center are: Georgia Tech faculty, staff and students are all who have priority for enrollment.

Community families may request enrollment, but will only be considered after Georgia Tech faculty, staff, and students.

We suggest you register with Bright Horizons. You can select up to three locations to be registered at, including the center you are most interested in. By registering, you are confirming your strong interest in all three centers. We will add you to our wait list and you will be offered a space as soon as one becomes available. While waiting for a space to become available at your first choice location, many families will choose to enroll at their 2nd or 3rd choice temporarily until space becomes available at the center they are most interested in. In many centers, a child currently enrolled at a Bright Horizons location has priority over the general community so enrolling at another location will not only solve your care needs but will also give you additional priority in getting into your 1st preference. Our goal is to accommodate families as soon as space allows. During the entire process, we will keep in touch with you regarding your status.

. How do I register to enroll at TCC? Visit the Family Information Center (FIC) https://familyinfocenter.brighthorizons.com to complete an enrollment request with the requested enrollment date.

The Center closes at 6:30 p.m. It is stressful for a child to be left at the Center after closing, so we encourage parents to pick up at their scheduled time of departure. A Late Pick-up fee will be charged for each child remaining in the center after the Center closes at 6:30. The Late Pick-up rate is $10 for any portion of the first ten (10) minutes after the center closes and an additional $1 per minute after the first ten minutes.

To find other locations, please visit www.brighthorizons.com/locator.

Tuition varies by center, schedule and by individual classroom. To find out more information about tuition, please contact the center directly.

You will be contacted via email and/or phone if a space becomes available before your preferred enrollment date. At that time, you will be given the option to begin earlier. If you choose not to enroll early, you will be offered the next available space.

Parents are a vital part of our program. Your involvement, support and satisfaction are keys to our success! We encourage regular visits, as well as participation in special events & activities, field trips and sharing your talents. We also have a Parent Partnership Committe active in the center. This committee works directly with the center management to plan center events, address concerns, and asssit in creating a wonderful environment for our families and staff in the center. There are many opportunities for parents to participate in Parent Partnership meetings, attend workshops and center events.

Regular communication is also essential through face-to-face conversation, phone calls and written notes. Bright Horizons conducts annual parent satisfaction surveys to help us constantly improve our work with your family.

There is a security access system at all doors. All areas surrounding the childcare property are fenced. The center is also monitored by the Georgia Tech police department.

The center will notify you via email and/or phone 30 days prior to the space being available. You will have two days to consider and accept the offer. If you decline the space at the time of offer, you will move to the bottom of the waitlist.

If you accept the space, an enrollment package will be sent to you and a welcome meeting will be scheduled. You should obtain a copy of your child’s physical and immunization records at this time as you will need to submit them along with the rest of the enrollment paperwork. At that welcome meeting, you will have an opportunity to visit the classroom and meet the teachers.

  • Labeling all items
  • Making sure your child has the essentials: bottles, extra clothes, diapers, blanket, and more
  • Talking about the first day with your child
  • Setting expectations for the new morning routine
  • Getting ahead of separation anxiety by creating a “goodbye” routine together

Additional information on our research-backed curriculum can be found here. To find a center near you, click Find a Center in the top right corner of the Bright Horizons home page.

Please submit an inquiry to your center(s) of interest with a request for tuition information. We recommend scheduling a visit at the same time (this can be done on the same form).
