Program Administration: To effectively leverage your existing resources, the Bright Horizons team can also help implement and manage your work/life initiatives. Our services cover the spectrum from assistance with a specific project, such as consulting on the "Best of" list applications or managing a Take Your Child to Work event, to ongoing, outsourced management of your work/life services.

Research: Our team conducts research on a range of strategic work/life issues. Recent studies include "Advancing the Degree of Support for Families in Academia," a study done in collaboration with the Rosalind Franklin Society and The Lasting Impact studies. The Consulting Practice also maintains a benchmark and trend database that details employees' dependent care issues, the impact of those issues on their organizations, as well as their preferred supports. This data was gathered from more than 100,000 employees surveyed across multiple industries.

Horizons Workforce Consulting Team: Our team is comprised of consultants and statisticians with 10–20 years experience in the work/life field. The consultants’ sole responsibility is to engage with clients to develop solutions to meet their specific organizational needs.
