The Bright Horizons Back-Up Care Advantage Program®
This comprehensive program provides back-up care in hundreds of Bright Horizons child care centers, in additional high-quality child care centers, and through trained, licensed in-home care professionals across the country. When a regular child care provider is on vacation, a child is ill and unable to attend a child care center or school, or if school is closed, working parents can turn to the Back-Up Care
Advantage Program (BUCA™) and go to work knowing that their child is in safe, nurturing hands at a center or in their own home. In addition, in-home health care professionals can care for older adults whether they live with an employee or are hundreds of miles away. Through this nationwide program, employers can offer an invaluable back-up child and adult/elder care resource to employees, ensuring equity across the organization.
