Education at Bright Horizons

Education is dynamic at Bright Horizons. We continually improve our programs by integrating the latest research and educational best practices, as well as incorporating methods that have stood the test of time.

At Bright Horizons, we have three types of curriculum: The World at Their Fingertips, the curriculum practiced at our early education and preschool centers; the Montessori Method practiced at our Montessori schools; and our Elementary curriculum, implemented at Bright Horizons elementary schools. Read below and use the menu on the left to find out more about each.

Learning at Home Ideas

Our Learning at Home ideas offer parents fun ways to extend their children's learning opportunities beyond the classroom. For parents of infants through school-age children, we have created a database of learning activities and teachable moments that naturally emerge from everyday life situations. The activities cover key developmental and academic areas, including social skills, language acquisition, science, math, and more.

External Resources

External Resources provides families with a searchable database of recommended books, videos and direct links to information-rich websites. Families can research topics like Child Development, Language & Literacy, Health/Safety, and Homework Help. As an added convenience, recommended books are directly linked to Amazon.com for purchase.
