“Age does not matter. It’s all
about the attitude you
bring to work and your ability to really love children,” says Sandy L., a 56-year-young teacher who has been with Bright Horizons for four years. Sandy and her 37-member staff prefer to call their team of eight employees older than 50 “spicy” rather than mature.
