Register Your Child

To begin the registration process by phone call 866-273-2773.

A Parent Service Associate will assist you with getting started with your registration over the phone and will provide you with all necessary forms and information to complete your registration. It takes about 10-15 minutes to begin your registration by phone. All information, including signed registration materials and medical forms must be completed before a reservation for back-up care can be confirmed.

Bright Horizons Back-Up Care Registration Line may experience high call volumes from time to time. If your call is not answered immediately, please follow the prompts and leave a voicemail with your name and contact information. All phone registration requests are responded to within one business day.

You may obtain registration forms by contacting the center where you would like to register by phone, mail, or email. You must complete the registration packet, sign where applicable and return to the center by fax or mail to complete your registration. Use our back-up center locator to find a nearby back-up center. If you are not familiar with where your employer participates, please consult with your Human Resources or Work/Life Department or call 866-273-2773.
