The Awards of Excellence is a unique recognition program that it is entirely driven by nominations. Nominations are submitted by coworkers, supervisors, clients and families who take part in recognizing exemplary contributions by Bright Horizons employees. Honorees are selected from each division and office based on the accomplishments and the contributions that are described by the nominator. All nominations are first reviewed at the regional level and then at the divisional level. The Awards of Excellence Committee reviews the nominations and makes the final selection. The winners are kept top secret until the Awards of Excellence reception!

At Bright Horizons, we recognize the talents of dedicated, creative, and hardworking people who care passionately about children, families and each other. Receiving an Award of Excellence is an affirmation of Bright Horizons’ mission and is an important way that each of us can take an active role in celebrating one another’s accomplishments. The Awards of Excellence highlight those employees who have contributed in a significant way to help Bright Horizons continue to fulfill our mission and to live our HEART Principles.
